Lake Manyara National Park is located in northern Tanzania, between Arusha and Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Despite its relatively small size of about 330 square kilometers, the park offers remarkable biodiversity.

The park is famous for its tree-climbing lions, large flocks of flamingos, lush groundwater forest and scenic views of the Rift Valley escarpment.

Wildlife found in the park includes elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, hippos, baboons and more than 400 bird species.
